The Maintainer III will be responsible for moving office furniture and equipment. Performs janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, grounds keeping or maintenance tasks for upkeep of college buildings and grounds.

Job Requirements:

One year of full-time or equivalent part-time experience in building custodial or grounds keeping.

Possession of a valid Massachusetts Class 3 Motor Vehicle Operators license

Ability to follow oral and written instructions

Excellent communication and organizational skills and attention to details are essential

Ability to establish and maintain harmonious working relationships with others

Must have physical stamina, endurance and be able to move heavy objects

Additional Information:

Salary Range: $1,857.51 bi-weekly/$48,295.26 annually Grade: 13. Full Time Benefited position.
